Arthur Anton, Managing Director

Trained within the Corporate / M&A and Private Equity teams of leading French and international law firms, Arthur Anton practiced for nearly fifteen years as a legal advisor to investment funds and entrepreneurs.

His career began at the Fonds stratégique d’Investissement, a sovereign wealth fund created by the French State in 2008, where he discovered the mechanisms of institutional investment and forged foundational relationships. He subsequently joined several top-tier French and international firms, where he developed a solid practice in mergers and acquisitions and began specializing in the media, cinema, and audiovisual sectors—fields in which he would later lead numerous landmark transactions.

Until 2026, Arthur Anton was a partner at the firm Couderc Dinh & Associés, where he strengthened a renowned practice in M&A and Private Equity, with particular expertise in Media & Entertainment, Fintech, and vineyard transactions.

In 2026, Arthur Anton assumed the role of Managing Director, applying his legal, transactional, and strategic experience to an entrepreneurial project at the intersection of law, art, and heritage—a natural evolution of a career defined by a constant dialogue between creation, valuation, and transmission.

He is currently a member of the Institut Art & Droit, a commitment that reflects his dedication to the interactions between legal practice and artistic creation. A self-professed aesthete, he is restoring an 18th-century Norman manor on the Alabaster Coast with his wife, where they breed horses for show jumping.

Art, heritage, and sport thus form the balance that informs his entire professional journey.
